担当官の方がやる気がないのか、こちらの説明した話しをちゃんと聞いてなかったり、会社側に捜査に入った時も頭ごなしに会社側の方がちゃんとした対応だったと言われました……?
私個人で保存してたタイムカードの写し等を提出してたのですが、会社側の方に提出させたタイムカードで計算しますと言われ、担当官が最終的に計算して貰った額で会社側に対応を求めた所………会社側が支払いを拒否したので、そこで弁護士さんにお願いしてちゃんと対応してもらいました。
結果 弁護士さんにお願いして計算した額が担当官の方が最終的に計算した額の7倍になり、また会社側が担当官に提出してたタイムカードも偽装処理したものであり、担当官が偽装したタイムカードで計算してた数字も計算間違いがあるもので、更に低い金額になってるものでした??
弁護士さんが再計算をして、2週間で金額の計算を終えたのに対し、最初に労働基準監督署にお願いした結果、他の方の計算とかもあるから時間がかかると言われ2ヶ月もかかった上に計算間違い、しかもその2ヶ月の計算期間のものは時効と言う散々なものでした………?
今現在 労働問題で悩んでる方がもしこれを見ていたのなら、ここの労働基準監督署に来て労働問題の相談をするよりも、労働問題に強い弁護士さんに初めから相談した方がスピーディーにちゃんとした金額を出して対応して下さりますので、おすすめします︎☺
弁護士費用もかなり安いものだったので、もし悩んでる方が居ましたら少しでものご参考に︎どうぞ?︎?
