★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当は星マイナス１万。過去に働いた職場でここより酷い会社は無い。安全に作業できる設備が整って無く、火傷や怪我する前提で働かされる。呼び出しボタンも無いからトラブルがおきた時にわかる人を探しに右往左往する。トイレも汚く和式。工場長を初め、正社員、派遣、中国人、全員頭がおかしい。トヨタや日産のお偉いさんに何度も見学に行って貰って幾つも改善点を指摘してほしい。
Actually, the star is minus 10,000. No company in the past has worked worse than here. They are not equipped with safe work equipment and are forced to work on the assumption that they will get burned or injured. There is no call button, so I go back and forth to find someone who can understand when a problem occurs. The toilet is also dirty and Japanese style. Starting with the factory manager, full-time employees, dispatched workers, Chinese, all are crazy. I would like Toyota and Nissan's great men to visit us many times and point out a number of improvements.
