★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が早く、融通もとても利かせていただきました。少し残念だったところは、入居時の説明が不足(管理会社の問題ではあるが。。。)していたこと。それ以外は満足でした。
The response was quick and the flexibility was very good. What was a little disappointing was that the explanation at the time of moving in was insufficient (although it was a problem of the management company ...). Other than that, I was satisfied.

言われた内容に対してできかねることを案内すると、「え、じゃあ今話してた話は何だったんですか？」と言われました。
清水さんは自分の要件さえおわればよかったようで、私が話している途中にもかかわらず声をかぶせて、「あ、じゃあ大丈夫でーす。はーいはーい。」と電話を切られました。接客される方として、その対応はどうかと思いますし、かなり不快な気持ちになりました。
どのような教育をされているのでしょうか、ホームページ見ましたがまだお若い方のようですね。
