直ぐに東京の本社に電話したところ、地域を管轄する宮城主管センターから折り返しの電話がありました。
委託業者さんが配達したこと、配送で回っている正社員が荷物を確認・後日、代替品対応してくれるとの事でしたが、委託業者さんを管理している主管センターの責任者が直接確認・対応に来るべきだと思いました。
