働いてる職員は1度別事業所で研修を1から受け直した方がいい。
市が関わってるから潰れないだけの
現代の姥捨山。
時代送れの介護施設である意味新鮮でした。
医療行為もしない
薬も扱った事のないものは投与しない。
家族に対しての説明不足。ケア不足。
老健なんて名ばかりです。
本当におすすめしません。
ここを検討されている方は思い直してください。

Working staff should retake the training from 1 at another office.
