ラーメン屋の信号からでも駐車場に入れます。
車椅子用の入り口は駐車場側にありました。正面は階段になっています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 所属弁護士への苦情の申し入れ｢市民窓口｣を利用。話し合う相手方の代理人としての職務放棄、書面を送るも無回答、催促する伝言にも 不対応 な旨 伝えても、弁護士会の理屈では、回答を保証した契約がなければ 不対応 でも問題ない との事。社会通念上は不正行為と言える酷い内容でも、弁護士会として不正とは考えないなら、当然 懲戒の対象にも ならない訳で。日弁連HPの懲戒制度の紹介では｢品位を失うべき非行｣が対象らしいが、不対応による遅延行為は弁護士には よくある事として許容してるようです。一体 何が非行になるんだか？ ダメ元と期待薄だったが、それを上回る酷い有り様。
法律相談した経験も あるが、医師の説明が いい加減で でたらめで、それって医師法に違反するんじゃないか？ という相談したが、｢専門じゃないから分かんないけど、医者を変えれば？ 他の病院に行けばいいだけ｣と言われた。本来は 被害に会った事に対する法律的な問題点を説明するべき所で、完全に的外れ回答。相談に乗る側の意識の低さ、相手の問題視する事柄への理解･配慮に欠ける姿勢に難あり。
