★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クオリティの高い展示場の中でゆっくり打ち合わせが出来るし良いのではないでしょうか。事務所としても展示場としての見学も出来るし自分達が作ろうとする家を想像できますね。
 I guess it would be nice to be able to meet slowly in a high-quality exhibition hall. You can tour as an office and as an exhibition hall and imagine the house you are trying to build.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまりにも約束事が守られなかったり、どんぶり勘定の資材発注が多く近所の他の工務店に比べて廃棄物も倍以上処分してます。
廃棄物の分別管理も全くされていない様ですし風の強い日にはゴミが近所に飛ばされたりして苦情も頂いております。
こちらに依頼した事、後悔してます。
We don't keep our promises too much, and we often order materials for donburi accounts, so we dispose of waste more than twice as much as other construction shops in the neighborhood.
It seems that there is no separate management of waste, and on windy days, garbage is thrown into the neighborhood and we receive complaints.
I regret having asked you to do this.
