多くの同様機関を数多く回っていないものとしてでは有りますが、予約で一杯な以外は多くの落ち度がある病院だとは思えません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子どものことで受診するときは誰でも緊張しますよね。そんな親の気持ちに寄り添ってくれるスタッフさんでした。
先生はハッキリものを言う人だと前評判を聞いていましたが、穏やかに話を聞いてくれました。子どもの行動に対する対応についてはプリントを渡され説明してくれます。
知能や発達の検査は臨床心理士の方がおこないますが、疲れた？がんばったね。など笑顔で労ってくれました。
今は状態が良くなり通っていませんが、自分の地域では発達についてお子さんが困っているときはぱすてるを(園や学校から)紹介されたり、療育も含めて継続的に受診している方が多いようです。
そういう意味ではこの地域のお子さんたちのためになくてはならない医療機関です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生は良い先生だとは思いますが、日によります。検査結果が良いと、「こんなに良いはずはない」と疑われ(当医院で受けた検査なのでそう言われても…と)かといってその具体的理由の説明もないので、親としてはもやもやが残るばかりで不安が消えません。先生の意にそぐわない質問をしてしまうと、ムッとされるようなので(こちらの印象ですが)思うように質問も出来ず、何だか分からないまま診察を終えることが多いです。プリントを使った説明も、殴り書き、早口でついて行けません。診察後は気持ちが落ち込むことが多いです。
臨床心理士の方は、子どもに合わせて検査して下さり、話も聞いてくれとても親切でした。
とても混んでいますが、こういった医院がほとんどないというのも理由かと思います。

I can't even scribble and follow the explanations using prints. I often feel depressed after a medical examination.
The clinical psychologist was very kind to me for inspecting and listening to my child.
It's very crowded, but I think the reason is that there are few such clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約の電話を毎日何百回、何千回、何時間掛けてもコール音すら鳴りません。
やっとコール音が鳴ったと思ったら「診療時間内にお電話ください。」と録音アナウンス…。涙が出ます。
患者さんが多いから電話応対しかしないのでしょうし、電話が混み合うのはわかっていても、仕事の合間に必死に掛けても毎日こんな感じで、親の方が心折れそうです。
他の方法で予約出来るようになればありがたいです。
