I have the impression that the couple and their son are doing it and doing a sincere business. Tonkatsu, fried chicken, and minced meat cutlet are all definitely delicious.

メンチカツが売り（おかずに困った時はコレ!）ボリュームがあって美味しいです。
それと豚肉が美味しいので、自宅でBBQする時は指名買いです。
近所のスーパーで買うBBQセットで失敗（やたらと脂身が多い）するくらいならば、川重の豚肉の方が美味しいです。（チョット宣伝ぽいですが・・頑張ってほしいので(^^)）

豚肉（新潟県産）：100gで200円くらい
牛肉（新潟県産）：100gで700円くらい

Menchi-katsu is sold (when you have a problem with side dishes, this is it!) It has a lot of volume and is delicious.
Also, the pork is delicious, so when I do BBQ at home, I buy it by name.
Kawasaki's pork is more delicious than the BBQ set you buy at a local supermarket that fails (it has a lot of fat). (It's kind of like a little promotion, but I want you to do your best (^^))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ステーキ用の牛肉を買いに行きましたが息子さん？は揚げ物中で無対応、お母さん？もあっち行ったりこっち行ったりで30分位待ちぼうけ。結局お母さんからカットしてもらいましたが上手く切ってもらえず…タイミングが悪かったんだろうけど作業台（まな板まわり）も乱雑で不衛生だったし、今回限りで利用しませんね。
