賃貸の状態:★★★★★ ゴミ等の散乱無し。賃貸周辺の植木は毎週大家さんが手入れをしているのか整っており綺麗。共用部の清掃も行き届いており、この間は廊下の清掃業者が派遣されていました。周辺の状況:★★★★★ 柏駅西口まで徒歩10分程スーパー(マミーマート)まで徒歩5分程度コンビニ(セブンイレブン)まで徒歩5分程度駅にもスーパーにも近く、常磐線の始発駅なので利便性はとても良いです。騒音に関して:★★★★☆ 周囲の部屋に住んでいる方の声や掃除機等の音は全然聞こえません。ただ、玄関や窓を開ける(閉める)音は聞こえてきますので振動が伝わる音に関しては聞こえてしまいます。インターネット環境:★☆☆☆☆ 配線方式:VDSL(電話線) 通信速度:↑10Mbps/↓8Mbps(Ipv6使用) 備考:共用部までは光配線はされている何度か管理会社に光配線を引く作業の許可を得るため電話をしたが未だVDSLのまま、進展は無いです。オンラインゲームを日常的に遊ぶ方やテレワークでビデオ会議をする方は避けた方がいいかもしれないです。また17時〜22時の間はYoutubeも止まることがあります。ニコニコ動画等(Ipv4回線のみ)のストリーミングサービスの視聴はストレスONLYです。
