変な勧誘もないし、気軽に通える。
ただ、足の踵を低温火傷しました。
ロングタイムのコースでは、長時間温熱マットに寝ているので、踵が動かせない状態です。
フルコース＋フェイシャルエステを続けてやった時は、かなりの長時間です。
今後は踵の下にタオルを敷くとかして低温火傷の対策をしてもらいたい。
