親方はすごく感じの良い方で、秋田出身だそうです。
魚に関する知識は非常に豊富だと感じました。
もちろん全て美味しかったです。
それに加えての感想ですが、づけ、トロ、タイ、アカガイ、トリ貝、うに、サヨリ、アナゴに付いては通常の高級店の味。イカはすごく食感がよく旨味があり絶妙でした。コハダ、アジ、サヨリはもう一手間があると良かったかなと思います。コハダは若干酢の味が強かったような。イワシはお勧め頂いたのですが、僕が食べたのに限っては少し水っぽかったです。
コストを考えると3から3.5点くらいでしょうか。機会があればまた行きたいと思います。

The parents are very nice and they are from Akita.
I felt that the knowledge about fish was very abundant.
Of course everything was delicious.
In addition to that, I think that it is the taste of the usual high-class store for Toro, Thai, Red mussel, Tori Shellfish, Uncle, Sayory and Anago. The squid was very delicious and tasteful. I think it would be nice if Kohada, Horse mackerel, and Sayori have one more effort. Kohada seems to have had a strong vinegar taste. I recommended sardines, but it was a bit watery only when I ate.
Considering the cost, is it about 3 to 3.5 points? I would like to go there again if I have the opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台で本格的な寿司が食べれるお店 親方は麻布で長く修行されてたので、その都会のスタイルで寿司が食べれるお店です。おつまみから入り握りを堪能 マグロは流石良いもの仕入れてます。仙台はネタは美味いけどシャリが不味い店多かったのですが、最近 都会から来る調理人が増えて銀座で食べる寿司と遜色無い様に感じます。
The shop where you can eat authentic sushi in Sendai is long-term practice in Azabu, so you can eat sushi in that city style. Enjoying a handful from the snacks I'm stocking tuna with good stones. Sendai was delicious but the shop was tasteless, but I feel that cooks coming from the city recently increased as much as sushi to eat in Ginza.

お寿司の味は、美味しいです。
仙台の寿司屋でも上位だと思いますが、
値段、雰囲気、コースの流れをみると値段に合わず、店長さんの対応もあまり好みではなかったです。会食・デートで利用の方は、一度試してみてからの訪問をお勧めします。期待値が高かった為、少し残念でした。

I think it's one of the best sushi restaurants in Sendai,
Looking at the price, atmosphere, and course flow, it didn't suit the price, and I didn't like the store manager's response. If you are going to have a dinner or a date, we recommend you to try it once before visiting. It was a little disappointing because the expected value was high.

It was very delicious. Sushi is delicious, but I was impressed by the sashimi and chawanmushi!
