とにかく先生方が明るく、子どもたちが大好きなのが伝わってきて、ひとりひとりを優しく丁寧に見てくださっています。入園前から、かわいい！！と明るい笑顔で迎え入れていただき、赤ちゃんでも子どもに合わせた目線で挨拶してくれました。離乳食も子どもごとに食べられる食材や大きさが異なりますが、事前に写真を見ながら食べられる大きさの確認があり、進め方も○○で進めてみて、進んで食べてくれたなら○○、難しそうであれば○○にしようと思いますが、いかがですか？と具体的に確認してくれます。入園後もひとりひとりをじっくり見て、抱っこ等いっぱいの愛情で相手をしてくれています。まだまだ話せない子どもでも、親以上に見てくれてると感謝です。一挙手一投足を見て○○できたね、○○したいのかな？と自然な感じで子どものサポートをしてくれます。先生方も仲が良いのがわかりますし、保護者への対応も丁寧でしっかりされています。毎日のことで大変なのにも関わらず、常に明るく笑顔で、こちらまで前向きになれます。小さな園ですが、中は見た目以上に広いです。散歩は積極的に連れていってくれます。できるだけ無理なく外気に触れさせてくれ、夏場はテラスで水遊び、室内遊びもたくさんの工夫で毎日楽しく過ごしています。
