兵庫県明石市立衣川中学校３年の男子生徒が、昨秋父親を亡くした直後、担任の男性教諭から暴言を受けて不登校状態になり、その後「不安障害」などの精神疾患と診断されていたことが分かった。学校側は「不適切だった」としている。
この担任、通夜に参列したのに、生徒が修学旅行不参加だった事を失念するって、意味不明なんですが、それ程多忙という職場環境なのだろうか? 本人の資質だけで、済ませては駄目と思います。
