★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 泌尿器の先生は大変話しやすくてグッド、人が多いときの受付と看護師の対応はバッド(特にベテランぽい泌尿器の看護師)。そして採尿室狭すぎ、くる人とのキャパ合ってないから広くした方がよいと思う。

受付の応対も良いと思います。
陰嚢水腫の根治手術治療を受けるのに、約一週間入院が必要と先生から言われて、なかなか手術の決断ができなく、定期的に通院して水抜き治療を受けている状態です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女性の態度がひどい（30代位の痩せた背の高い女）。ケンカをするような話し方や目つきで、とても気分が悪かった。随分前に受診した時、受付もドクターも悪くなかったと記憶している。
これまでたくさんの病院にお世話になったが、受付でこんなに嫌な気分なったことはない。赤坂病院には二度と行かない。
The attitude of the female at the reception is terrible (a thin and tall woman in her thirties). I felt very sick because of the fighting style and eyes. When I visited the clinic a long time ago, I remember that neither the receptionist nor the doctor was bad.
I've been taken care of by many hospitals so far, but I've never felt so uncomfortable at the reception. I will never go to Akasaka Hospital.

今までお世話になったことのある医療関係者が当たり前にできることが出来ていない。
星1つが1番多い評価というのはびっくりだが、本当に無能の集まり。
二度と来ることは無いだろう。

が書類の説明などで、対応して下さった看護師の方の態度が物凄く高圧的で驚きました。
メガネ掛けたご年配の女性でした。
こんな横柄な人存在するんだなあと逆に感心してしまいました。
