小児の頃からアトピー性皮膚炎に悩まされ、ここ半年くらい悪化していたので皮膚科を探していました。 評判を見て行ってみましたが、正直大したこともないな、という印象。 立地もよく患者数が多いのもあるのか、先生もお疲れの様子。こちらの話を聞いてくれるどころか、別段愛想もない無表情で、患部を見て「典型的なアトピーですね」とだけ言って、アトピーの原因について定型の説明をした後、アトピー→ステロイドという、短絡的な処方。 最終的な治療目標としても、弱いステロイドを運用して症状を抑え続ける。といったもので、真新しいこともなく、アトピーに対してどうにかしよう、という熱意のようなものが全く感じられませんでした。 長年アトピーと付き合ってきた患者としては、またか、という感じでした。 こちらとしては、「長年付き合ってきたいつもの症状」と違うから、専門家に見てもらいに来たのに、患部を詳しく見るでもなく病理検査をするでもなく、分かりきったことを淡々と言われて、失望しかなかった。 ただ長年やっていなかったアレルギー検査をお願いしましたが、看護師さんの採血の腕はそこそこ上手という印象。やっぱり小児患者さんをたくさん相手しているからでしょうね。

As a patient who has been dating atopy for many years, I felt like it was again. This is different from the `` usual symptoms that have been around for many years '', so I came to see a specialist, but did not look at the affected part in detail nor did a pathological test, but plainly stated what I understood I was disappointed. I just asked for an allergy test that I hadn't done for many years, but I was impressed that my nurse's blood sampling skills were good. I guess that's because we deal with many pediatric patients.

最悪です。本当は星1つも評価はつけたくありません。 こちらのクリニックで処方された塗り薬が原因で顔が腫れ上がったのに、医者は「絶対に処方した塗り薬のせいではない。原因がわからないので、とりあえずもう少し弱い薬を出す」の一点張り。受付も、40代ぐらいの方でとても無愛想、態度が荒々しい人がいて、とても不安でしょうがなかったです。別の皮膚科で診てもらうと「これは顔に塗るには強すぎる薬なので、すぐに処方を止めてください」と注意されました。処方をやめるとすぐに腫れは引きましたが、顔がかなり膨れ上がっていたので、とても不安な気持ちで過ごしました。診察も流れ作業で患者の話を一切聞かない、こちらが懸命に話をしようとしても厄介者のように嫌々そうに扱われました。初めてこんな最低なクリニックに当たりました。二度と行きません。ステロイドを扱っているのであれば、もっと患者の目線で寄り添った対応をしてほしいです。

As soon as I stopped prescribing, the swelling subsided, but my face was quite swollen, so I felt very anxious. The medical examination was an assembly line, and I didn't listen to the patient at all. Even if I tried to talk hard, I was treated like a troublesome person. For the first time, I hit such a worst clinic. I will never go again. If you are dealing with steroids, I would like you to take a closer look from the patient's perspective.

受付の方の態度がすごく悪かったです。 丁寧とはかけ離れた対応でした。 先生は声も小さく何言ってるかわかりませんでした。全員ではないと思いますけど、私の担当の方はそうでした。注射をしてくれた年配の女性はすごく丁寧でした。注射も痛くなかったです。

受付の対応は良かったし待ち時間も少なかったが、先生の診察がお座なりであった。患部を確認したら「典型的な炎症だから薬出しときますね」の一言で終わり、原因も薬の塗り方、今後気を付けることなど何も分からなかった。総じて不親切。 追記 別の病院にかかったところ、炎症はウィルス性であることが判明した。塗り薬ではなく、投薬で症状が改善された。意味の無い薬を受け取っただけの結果となった。

いつもお世話になっている院長の方は良い方なのですが、受付の女性が愛想が悪くいつも気分が悪い。毎回来る度にそのような態度なので、いつも来て下さっている患者様に対してもそのような態度なのだろうなと感じさせる。あと最近入ったであろう若い女性はそもそも受付の仕方や話し方、病や何かしら悩みがあり来ている患者の気持ちを配慮した対応が出来ていない。仕事上の人を出迎えする顔になっていない。院長でもなんでも無いただの雇われの受付しか出来ない人が、受付業務、おもてなしができないせいでクリニックの印象を下げ、失客してしまうのは勿体ないので改善して欲しいです。

肌荒れで通院しましたが、現状把握をしっかりしてくれて話を聞いてくれる良い先生でした。処方薬の使い方やスキンケアについて看護師さんが丁寧に説明してくれました。院内も綺麗で清潔感のある内装でした。
