鉄板の上に千切りキャベツを載せて、その上にトンテキと今までトンテキを炒め煮してたソースをなみなみとかけます。
そのおかげで箸休め的な千切りキャベツが煮込まれ、クタッとして味もソース一色になる。
そもそも鉄板→キャベツ→トンテキではトンテキの保温の為の鉄板の意味が有りませんし、見栄えだけの無駄、というよりマイナスの演出です。
他のメニューは美味しいだけに、私はもう二度とトンテキ定食は食べないと思います。

The other menus are delicious, but I don't think I'll ever eat Tonteki set meal again.

悪いところ：①タレが不味い、②豚肉湯煎の失敗による味が抜けてる
良いところ：端材の豚汁が旨い。

コスパも低め、みそ汁も具少な目と五冠達成です。
漬物は食べ放題です。
無料駐車場あります。

毎週水曜日は『とん一の日』で『かつ丼』がワンコイン(500円)で食べれます。『とん一の日』は、以前は毎月11日と21日でしたが、毎週水曜日に変更になってたのを最近知りました。
