Z	Z T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 連絡や連携にダイレクトさが無い。洗濯物を取りに来て欲しいと連絡があり翌日何時に。ということを伝えて居たのに入口には使用済みの洗濯物は無く現場のナースが上に電話して急いで！と急かしキレ気味に言った後10分後に降りてきたり、お見舞いに行って検温消毒を通ったあと２階に行くとなんでここまで来るんですか？サーシェイドもせずに。みたいな対応。こちらはしなくていいのかなと気を使っても居るし受付では何も言われてないし渡されてもない。下で通らせた受付が仕事してないだけなのにこちらに文句言われる筋合い無い。２階に上がるのがまずいならロビーや別室で話をするように前置きすればいいのに何事に置いても報連相が無い。連絡先も教えているのに経過の連絡も無くいつ退院するのかもわからない状態で目安くらい教えてくれれば休みも取って迎えに行けたりするが打ち合わせや気遣いなんてものは無し。洗濯物を取りに行った1日後に退院出来ると連絡が。なら検査して正常であれば退院できますとかもう少し寄り添った対応も勿論だが早めの連絡等もう少し気の利く対応して欲しい。自分達が連絡を怠るから空回りが生じるのに患者の家族が悪いみたいな態度で偉そうに文句言われて不愉快。 There is no direct contact or cooperation.
