★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付のレジミスで多めにお金を請求してきた。後に返金してもらったが、当の本人の謝罪がなかった。他の店員さんに（別の方）謝らせて誠意が見られなかった。一応本社に連絡入れました。この受付の店員以外は対応は普通でした。
 I've been charging a lot of money due to a registration mistake at the reception. I was given a refund later, but there was no apology for this person. I apologized to another clerk (another person) and could not see the sincerity. I contacted the head office. Responses were normal except for the clerk at this reception.
