★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テクノパーク総社側から、雑木林を100ｍ程度分け入ると、墳丘長142ｍの小造山古墳が現れました。
確かに造山古墳と比べると小造山でしょうが、小さいと云うイメージとは懸け離れています。なぜこんな立派な古墳が、雑木林の中に埋もれているのか不思議です。
普段から人が訪れている様子もなく、山道も形成されていないので、最適なルートが分からず、周濠手前で引き返しました。５月だったので虫等が多かったのも理由です。
今度は冬場に行って墳丘に登りたいと思います。
半年後に再訪。相変わらずテクノパーク側から入っていくと、うっそうとした雑木林ですが、今回は墳丘に登ってみると視界が開けてきました。
遊具らしきものがあったので、遊び場になっているようです。
ただし私有地なので、無断で遊ぶことは出来ないと思いますが。

Since there was no regular visitor and no mountain roads were formed, we did not know the best route and turned back in front of the surrounding moat. The reason was that there were many insects in May.
This time I would like to go to winter and climb a mound.
Revisit half a year later. As you enter from the techno park side as usual, it is a thick wooded forest, but this time the view became open when you climbed the mound.
It seems that it is a playground because there was something like playground equipment.
However, since it is private land, I think that you can not play without permission.
