翔	翔平 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 名前の通り、だれでも利用しやすい公共施設です。利用料は無料。キッズスペース、リラクゼーションルーム、飲食スペース、絵本とおもちゃの部屋、趣味の部屋、勉強部屋などを利用できます。休日は子供連れの家族が多いですが、大人の方が読書や仕事をしている姿も見られました。子供からお年寄りまで老若男女満足のいく施設だと思います。施設には無料Wi-Fiが設置されています。趣味の部屋ではデスクトップの貸し出しやワークスペースで勉強やPC作業も可能。リラクゼーションルームはエアコン完備、漫画や小説が読み放題、マッサージチェアも無料で使えます。そもそも、だれでも広場は渋川市社会福祉協議会もいう営利を目的としない民間組織が運営しています。目的は渋川市の人口減少対策。利用者数が運営存続に大きく関わっているそうです。ちなみに施設内の自動販売機の売上が運営費になっているとか。なので多くの市民の方々利用してくれるのを祈っています。 As the name suggests, it is a public facility that anyone can use easily.
