結論から言うとここの事業所最悪だった。 何が最悪かと言うとまずここの選考方法は求人票にはまず書類選考があるから書類を送ってそこから向こうが書類の時点で採否を決め書類が通ったら面接になるってよくあることなんだけど更にその面接も2回あるという2次面接もあったのだ。求人票にはそんなこと書いてない。仮にあるとしたらその時点で応募なんかしていなかった。ただでさえ書類選考からなんかめんどいから。だけどそこしか条件当てはまるとこがなかったから応募した。書類選考もとおり面接に行き求人票に書いてある担当者と面接し翌日連絡があった。こっちは採用の連絡だと思った。なぜなら採用とは言ってなかったと思うけどあなたの介護に対する思いが強く理事長に言ったら是非一度会ってお話がしたい、ちょうど介護を変えていこうとしてたのでその思いを理事長にも話してくださいと言われた。つまりこれからの参考にしたいから直接話がしたいというふうにこちらは捉えてしまった。 それに理事長を交え二次面接や面接をもう一度したいなどという話はでてこなかったから尚更そう思った。しかもその二次面接が酷い。職歴聞いていくのはいいが普通は介護系の職歴を聞いてくるが順番に高卒からの製造のとこから聞いてきて○○を製造してたと答えたが普通ならそのまま次の職歴を聞くだろうがどんな機械でどうやって製造してたのかとか機械の熱で熱くないかとか関係ないことを聞いてきた。話の途中で二次面接ってワードが出てきたからそこで初めてこれ面接でしかも二次の面接だとわかった。それからずっと製造の職歴を必要以上に聞かれた鉄やステンレスの加工業務もしていたがそれの詳細、どうやってどんなの作っていたかとか。普通なら鉄やステンレスの加工をしてましたってだけでそれ以上聞かないと思うし聞かれたことない。面接のとこがなにか製造の会社ならわかる、どんな機械を使ってどんな工程でなにを作っていたかとか。だが介護の面接でそれを聞いてどうするのって思った。その二次面接だと気づいた途中で関係のない特養のトップが面接に入ってもきた。もはやデイの面接なのかすらもわからない。そうこうしてるうちに面接も終わりその日に連絡あったが私はあなたにきてほしいが3人で話し合った結果不採用と言われた。いやいや面接の担当者はあなただから決定権はあなたでしょと思った。そりゃ理事長にこういう人でしたという報告はするだろうけど決定権が理事長にあるなら二次面接とかじゃなくその理事長の都合のいい日を面接日にしてデイのトップと理事長との三者で面接すればよかったのに。 一番言いたかったのは採用されたと思い面接とか聞かされてなく介護の今後の思いとかの参考と思っていたからもう一社の内定決まってたとこを断ったのにとりかえしのつかないことしたのだとわかってほしい。 もしこれを見ている人がいて面接したいと思ったならこれを参考にしてください。あと最後に二次面接のときに体調とかの用紙を書かされます。過去何年以内に通院してたかとかの問診票みたいなの。そんなの最初の面接のときに書かすか雇用契約書とかの書類といっしょに渡すだろ(笑) 友人にもこの書類選考から 最後に至るまでの話をしたら完全に事業所の説明不足で自分でも採用で介護のどうしていきたいとかの話を理事長直々に話がしたいというふうに思ってしまうって言ってた。何人も同じこと言ってた。そりゃそうだわな。 採用されたと思ってたからもう一つの内定断ったのにもううんざり。
