おでん5個、どて煮、魚の南蛮漬け？と生中、レモンハイで2800円。
味も頑張ってるお店に比べたらどうかなぁって感じです。
どてと南蛮漬け？は美味しかったです。

小西酒店を出て次なるお店へ。
ここは完全に佇まいで決めました。
立ち飲みかと思って入りましたが椅子があるんですね！？
なんだか得した気分...(*´▽｀*)
厨房をぐるりと囲むカウンター席。
壁際にはテーブル席もあるようです。
壁に掲げられた『キリン生ビール年中あります』の看板がレトロでいいですね(笑)

目の前で丹念に焼いてくれます。

3串縛りってのは残念、せめて2串にならんかな。
粘土のある甘辛だれは水飴みたいに甘ったるく、わたくしにはコレ、甘過ぎ(;'∀')
しっかり火入れされていますが、決して焼きすぎでは無くプリッとええ食感。

デフォで醤油ちょろり。
こちらは串には刺さらずそのまんま。
シャキッと小気味よい歯ざわりを残した絶妙な焼き。
シンプルに旨し。

It's a shame to tie up 3 skewers, but at the very least it should be 2 skewers.
Sweet and spicy with clay is sweet like starch syrup, and this is too sweet for me (;'∀')
It is well-fired, but it is not overboiled, it has a crisp texture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外観は昔ながらの大衆居酒屋。店内は中央に厨房があり、厨房を囲んでカウンター席、壁側にテーブル席がある。一人でもグループでも楽しめる。マグロ山かけ、ノンアルコールビールを所望する。マグロ山かけは卵黄がドーンと入っている。マグロを肴にノンアルを流し込む。周りを見ると一人で飲む方、グループで楽しむ方など、老若男女で賑わう居酒屋。マグロ山かけは普通に美味しい。残暑の中、休憩するのに入ったお店。クーラーがよく効いて汗が引いたのでお会計。ごちそうさまでした。
