宇	宇坪正敏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10月16日の夕食は、長野駅にほど近いところにある、あじ源へ。 ⁡ 味のあるお店の外観からも、この場所で長く続いているお店だと伝わってきます。入口を入ると、信州牛肉の大きな看板が飾られています。長野在住の友人が予約してくれていたので入店できましたが、予約なしで来た方は、満席のため断られていました。まずは生ビールで乾杯。この後は、4人みんなでずっとマッコリにしてみました。上ロース綺麗にサシが入った大きなお肉。肉の旨みと、脂の甘みを両方楽しめる、上質なお肉です。上ハラミ程良い弾力も楽しめます。上ミノコリコリした触感がいいですね。他にもいろいろなお肉を、タレで美味しくいただきました。 ⁡ 最後はスープを飲んで、いったん〆て、次のお店へ。途中、お店の方から、マッコリの在庫がなくなったとのこと。ボーリングができそうな、10本のマッコリの空き瓶を残して、次のお店に向かいました。美味しい信州牛をリーズナブルに楽しめる焼肉屋さん。人気なのもわかる、いいお店でした。 For dinner on October 16th, head to Ajigen, which is near Nagano Station. ⁡ From the appearance of the tasteful shop, you can tell that it is a long-standing shop in this place. Those who came without a reservation were refused because they were full. First of all, toast with draft beer. After this, all four of us tried to make makgeolli all the time. Top loin Large meat with beautifully sashimi. It is a high-quality meat that you can enjoy both the taste of meat and the sweetness of fat. Upper Harami You can also enjoy moderate elasticity. Upper Mino The crunchy feel is nice. I also enjoyed various other meats with sauce. ⁡ At the end, drink soup, and then go to the next shop. On the way, the shop said that Makgeolli was out of stock. I left 10 empty bottles of makgeolli that I could bowl, and headed to the next shop. A yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy delicious Shinshu beef at a reasonable price. It was a good shop that you can see that it is popular.

This restaurant was recommended by the Dormy Inn staff, but it was a bit hard to find since the English name is “ajisen” but I couldn’t find it on google. The staff at the restaurant spoke very little English and their English menu provided little information regarding the cuts of the beef, but we used google translate and it all worked out!! I ordered the Kaguri (boneless beef ribs), shinshu pork, and rouse (loin), which were all so tender no matter how you cook it so I was forced to order another plate ? compared to many countries, the price of wagyu beef here is very low!! Highly recommended this restaurant to people who love beef!!
