Please note that it is only open until 17:00 during the winter season.
8	808 nippy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼食を食べたあとに立ち寄りました。なので様子見だけです。本当に駅舎の中にあって、すごく綺麗で清潔感あります。次回入店の際には｢ますバーガー｣食べたいですね? I stopped by after eating lunch. So just wait and see. It's really inside the station building and it's very beautiful and clean. I want to eat "Masu Burger" next time I enter the store ?

There is a cafe, where you can eat and drink lightly. Tickets and goods for the Aizu Railway can be purchased at manned stations. The staff was kinder. A taxi may be waiting in front of the station. There are also fixed-route buses, but the number is small. Especially on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, there are so few options as a means of transportation.
K	Koji M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅周辺には特に名所らしいところはありませんが，駅併設のカフェ「しもごう」でボーっとするのも一興。下郷特産のじゅうねん（えごま）の入ったパンズで挟んだ“ますバーガー”は美味でした。 There are no particular attractions around the station, but it's also fun to hang out at the cafe "Shimogou" attached to the station. The "mass burger" sandwiched between breads containing Shigogo's specialty "Egoma" was delicious.

This is the Aizu Railway. There is a station cafe inside the station building. (It was a holiday) It looks like a manned place here. Is the ticket gate and the cafe connected inside? ?? Also, there are a lot of manga in the waiting room, and I wondered if the waiting time would be boring (Kimagure Orange Road !!) There are double tracks only inside the station, but there is a mysterious train. (Please decipher if you are a railroad enthusiast)
