★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文住宅の建築、および継続的な不具合修理、メンテナンス等で、現在もお世話になっております。ここ最近は、応援団のシステムを利用させていただき、軽微な補修や洗浄などをお願いしているのですが、いつも丁寧な対応でたいへん満足しています。
ここまでは☆５つなのですが、建築時から継続している外壁部材の問題と思われる雨漏りが発生しており、都度色々と対応いただいているのですが、現在も完治していません。
この悩ましい問題が解決に至っていないため、この評価とさせていただきました。
We are still indebted to you for the construction of custom-built houses, continuous repairs, and maintenance. Recently, I have been using the cheering party system and requesting minor repairs and cleaning, but I am always very satisfied with the polite response.
Up to this point, there are five ☆, but there has been a leak that seems to be a problem with the outer wall members that has continued since the time of construction, and we have been responding in various ways each time, but it has not been completely cured even now.
Since this annoying problem has not been solved yet, we decided to make this evaluation.

初めは庭に対する知識もなかったもので、雑草が生えず、使いやすい畑など・・と漠然と思っていました。
何ヵ月か目の打ち合わせの最中に、ガーデナーが素敵な絵を書き初めました。
それは自分達だけでは思いつかないような素敵なデザインでした❗
私達は一目でその絵に魅了されました。
何ヵ月もかけて話し合いをしたことが、
全てクリアされ、夢のお庭の打ち合わせへと方向転換されたことが衝撃的でした。
庭づくりがこんなにも楽しいなんて、雑草に悩まされ苦痛でしかなかった日々から解放された瞬間でした。
イギリス風の小さな箱庭の中に小さな小屋を建てていただき、ランプ教室やランチなどを楽しめる日々になりました。
本当に手間要らずなことが最高です❗
そして細部にまで希望を形にしていただけたこと(例えば、ゴミ置き場の寸法を1cm単位で調整・・)など数知れない注文にこんなに向き合ってくれる業者が他にあるでしょうか？

このコロナ禍、お庭で毎日ランチをし、
お茶を楽しめたのも、お庭のおかけでした。
お庭の限りない可能性を引き出していただき、今は本当に満足しています。
