最近訪店以前のサロンから通う自分も常連客の1人に入るのだが、最近になってオーナーの｢慣れ｣を感じるようになってきた確かに、特別なカット技術なので他のサロンに出来心で変えてみるとその違いが髪に直接表れる。見た目でも結構分かる。だから髪質に特別な悩みがある人にとってはサロンを簡単には替えづらい。そこをオーナーは甘く見ているのではないか。｢なあなあになっても他には行かないだろう｣散漫な思いはないだろうか？カット技術やサロン空間は最高ながら、常連客に対しての｢慣れ｣をオーナーの接客応対から受け取った
