パスタの茹で加減がとても良くて、美味しかったです。
 I used it for lunch. Lunch sets start at 980 yen with drinks and you can choose from risotto and pasta.
The boiled pasta was very good and delicious.

入店してから知ったのですが、シェフがイタリアの方なのですね。
これが本場のイタリアンならば、これまで本物のイタリアンに出会えてなかったのかもしれません。
というくらい、これまでに食べた事のない味わいでした。
お会計と時、シェフがわざわざ出てきてくれて少しお話させて頂きましたが清水の魅力、静岡の魅力を色々と教わりました。
また近くに来た時は立ち寄りたいです。
I stopped by because I had something to do with Shimizu, but it was the best.
As I learned after entering the store, the chef is from Italy.
If this is authentic Italian, you may not have met the real Italian before.
It was a taste I had never eaten before.
At the time of accounting, the chef came out and talked a little, but I learned a lot about the charms of Shimizu and Shizuoka.
I would like to stop by when I come near again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amaizing to find in this little street the real Italian flavor. Pizza are thin like in Roma, pasta "al dente" and so delicious (I had the truffle tagliatelle..Hmmm! ) large choice of starter, meat... We felt like in Toscany and on top of that the Chef is really friendly !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to loads of Italian places in Italy and Canada, and this place is one of the best of them. Even though it's located in Japan, the owner is Italian and walking in there you immediately forget you are in Japan.
It's a different style of Italian food, I believe from Naples (sorry if I'm wrong), so while you can of course order all the traditional pasta dishes, the chef has some interesting recipes from back home that I can't even describe, but totally worth checking out.
