最初は軽いノリで、いい物件があればとの気持ちで話を聞きに行ったのですが、嫌な顔ひとつせず現地案内をしてもらい、即決した次第です。また、ひとつひとつの(めんどくさいであろう)質問にも親身になって答えて下さったのに好感も感じ、即決めたのかなと思います。
余談ですが、自分自身も営業という仕事をしてる中で、お手本になるような、相手を引き込ませるようなトークで感心するとともに、見習うべきところがたくさんありました。
