★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホットケーキが、美味しー！サイフォンで、入れる所を間近で見られて、ゆっくり流れる時間が癒やされました^_^
カウンターで食べたので、店員さんが楽しくコーヒーの入れ方を説明してくれました！魔法がコーヒーを美味しくするそうですよ〜(ӦｖӦ｡)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 提供の際、ショートカットの女性店員に黒蜜カフェオレをぶちまけられた。
入店時から、忙しいのか、シフト上がる時間が近いのか、ソワソワしている感じで嫌な予感はしたが、服は免れたものの教材やノートがシミだらけになり、ショックだった。わざとでは無いと思うので本人に文句等は一切言わなかったが、こぼした商品をそのまま提供してきたことには腹がたった。教材は非常に高い物だったので弁償して欲しいくらいだが、「大丈夫ですか？」の一言で済まされた上、量が減った商品も取り替えることもなくビチョビチョのまま出してきた。全然大丈夫じゃ無いし、提供しやすいよう携帯をどかしてスペースを確保したのにそれ以上の範囲にこぼしてきた。普通に料金も支払ったが、すごく嫌な気持ちになった。
今思えば、店員は大きな声で呼ばないよ気づかないし接客業としてホスピタリティの欠落が感じられる。若いスタッフが多く店長やマネジメント層の教育に疑問を感じた。

It's not okay at all, and even though I've secured space by moving my cellphone to make it easier to provide, I've spilled it beyond that range. I paid the fee normally, but I felt very unpleasant.
When I think about it now, the clerk doesn't call me out loud. I don't notice it, and I feel a lack of hospitality as a hospitality business. Many young staff were skeptical about the education of store managers and management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅の真下なので土日は特に混んでます。店員さんは丁寧な接客です。ホットケーキ美味しいです。他の料理も美味しいです。大きいお店ではないので、少し狭く感じるかも。カウンター席はコンセントあり。Wi-Fiもあるけど、パスワードは店員さんに訊かなきゃいけない。店員さんのことボロクソ書いてる人いるけど、そもそも混みやすいお店なんだから大目に見てあげればいいのに。あと南行徳って治安悪いから、そこも考慮すれば上等でしょ。
It's right under the station, so it's especially crowded on Saturdays and Sundays. The clerk is a polite customer service. The hot cake is delicious. Other dishes are also delicious. It's not a big shop, so it might feel a little small. There is an outlet at the counter seat. There is Wi-Fi, but you have to ask the clerk for the password. There are people who write about the clerk, but it's easy to get crowded in the first place, so I should give it a big deal. Also, Minami Gyotoku is insecure, so if you take that into consideration, it's fine.

もう少し落ち着いてコーヒーが飲めるといい感じなのですが。
大きく分けて、柱の手前と奥の席がありますが、奥の席だとなかなか店員さんをキャッチするのが難しいですね。
コーヒーのお味はグッドです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて珈琲館を利用しました。
冬休みの平日ということもあり満席でした。店内はテーブルや棚、トイレにはかなり大量の埃が溜まってます。
スタッフは一生懸命で良い印象でしたが、人不足なのか最初から提供が遅れることを周知していている状態でした。土日の昼ならわかりますが…。
近くにカフェがないので、いつも混雑していると聞いていましたが、競合が出店したら大変だと思います。頑張って欲しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一人でゆっくりできるお店。子供が来るような所じゃない感じ？店の雰囲気もインテリアとかいい感じです。落ち着きます。ネット上で見つけられなかった、ケーキセットとかモーニングセット、ランチセットとか、意外とメニューも豊富で良かったです。
ただ、家に帰ったら髪の毛とかコートとかが煙草臭くなってました。もう行きたくありません。
ちなみに、臭いを感じるということは、もし煙草のエアロゾル粒子にコロナウイルスが付着していたら一緒に鼻に入ってきたということ。一般的にどこのお店の換気もこのくらいが限界なのかもしれませんが、臭いがあったおかげで少しリアルに感じてしまいました。各席にダクトが設置してある焼肉店では臭いが気にならなかったので、さすがの換気力ですね。
換気は気になるけど、もし禁煙タイムがあったらその時間を狙って行くかもしれません。お店の雰囲気と店員さんは気に入っています。

In general, the ventilation of any store may be limited to this level, but the smell made it feel a little more realistic. At the yakiniku restaurant where ducts are installed in each seat, I didn't mind the smell, so it's really ventilation.
I'm worried about ventilation, but if there is a smoking cessation time, I may aim for that time. I like the atmosphere of the shop and the clerk.
