★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確か2月だったと思いますがなか銀来宮のシニアマンションの見学に訪れました。女性のきれいな案内の方でした、確かリフォーム済みの部屋が300万だったと思います、私の経済力からちょうど良かったけれど年寄りの母親の世話があり今すぐには来れないので断りましたが、しつこく営業されることもなく好印象でした。あと梅苑台の物件も案内していただきましたがこちらも老後はいい環境だと思いました、いずれ条件がととのへば住みたいと思います、年金が18万「一人の場合」以上あれば食事付きなので暮らしていけると思います。
