규	규 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カラーエステ、カットをしていただきました。担当の方はとても良い方でカットも満足していたのですが、2〜3日後あたりからカラーのムラがとても目立つようになりました。ブリーチ毛なので早く色落ちするのは当たり前なのですが、色落ち云々よりムラが本当に酷く、上頭部と毛先にかけてで全く違う色で2色になってしまいました。染める際、上と下でお薬を分けられていたのでそれが原因かな？と思います。ホームケア用品や自分のお手入れ等を疑ったのですが暫く変えていませんし、ブリーチしてから何回も染めていますがこんなに色ムラがあったことはなかったので、お直しをお願いしました。（ちなみにメール、インスタのdmはお返事いただけなかったので電話でご連絡しました。）そしてお直しをしていただいたのですが、結局結果は一緒でムラが酷く目立つ状態です。1回目のカウンセリングで「しっかりケアできているのでこのまま続けてください！」と褒めて下さったのですが、お直しでお伺いした際、「セルフケアをちゃんとやらないとムラになってしまうので〜」などと言われたのも少し疑問でした。申し訳ないですが正直セルフで褒めた方が綺麗にできたんじゃないか？という程ですし、友人や家族などには「自分で染めたの？」と聞かれます。トリートメント効果や初回の接客には満足です。 I had you do a color beauty treatment and a cut.
