As everybody said, the owner was very kind. There is also a parking lot and the price was very cheaper than other shops! I would like to use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車購入。こちらの予算と機能の希望を伝えると、適切なものをチョイスしてくれました。変速機を取り付けたので、受取には数日かかりました。取り扱っているのはブリヂストンがメインのようです。中古だと1万ぐらいからありました。こっちの下らない質問にも丁寧に答えてくださってありがたかったです。そして新しい自転車の乗り心地は最高です！これで名駅あたりまでスイスイ行けそう！
Buy a bicycle. When I told them my budget and hope for features, they chose the right one. With the derailleur installed, it took a few days to pick it up. Bridgestone seems to be the main product. It was around 10,000 if it was used. I am grateful for the polite answers to these unanswered questions. And the ride of the new bike is great! Now you can go to Meieki!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前に訪れた時は丁寧な対応をして頂いたので、何の不安もなくまた利用させて頂いたのですが前回の対応が嘘だったかのような雑な対応をされました。
とても嫌な気分にさせられたので今後利用することは無いです。
When I visited a few years ago, I received a polite response, so I used it again without any anxiety, but I was given a rough response as if the previous response was a lie.
It made me feel very uncomfortable, so I will not use it in the future.

I was expecting a response like a review, but I was disappointed with the rough response. I often use my work bicycle, so I wanted to leave it to the inspection, but I don't have to bother with it, so I'll leave it to another store.

店主さんはめちゃくちゃ愛想が良いとか、常に笑顔というタイプではありませんでしたが、特に接客に問題があるとは感じませんでした。普通に親切で優しい方でした。
購入前に試乗を進めてくださる、書類作業中は椅子に座るように促してくださる、変速機等の説明等、必要な事はしっかりと行いつつ顧客への気配りも出来ていました。中古自転車をお値打ち価格で購入しましたが、安全に走行する為のパーツは新しく、整備もきちんとしたものでした。
人間同士のやりとりですから、相性やその時のお店の混雑具合で印象は変わるかもしれませんが、個人的にはまた利用したいお店です。

The owner wasn't the type of person who was insanely amiable or always smiling, but I didn't feel that there was a particular problem with customer service. He was usually kind and kind.
