さ	さんじーさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネット注文しました。注文時手続きミスでカード払いとコンビニ払いがダブってしまい電話をかけて対応してもらいました。担当者から、当初「メールに支払い番号が記載されている」と説明を受けたので、こちらが「メールに手続きが必要だと書いてあるがリンクを開いても手続き画面にならない」と伝えると「メールに記載されている番号をコンビニで伝えて下さい」と言われコンビニで手続きしようとすると店員に「番号がちがう」と言われた何度も出直したくなかったので、コンビニから藍熊に電話するとその担当者が「それは払込番号じゃない」と返答。「今すぐわかるならこの電話で番号を伝えて」と言うと、受話器を置いたまま放置あまりに長い間待たせるので、こちらから「もしもし？番号まだわからないんですか？」と問いかけると担当者は「番号はとっくにわかっている、（私の名前）の対応を待っていた」と言う返事あまりに腹が立って帰宅後もう一度かけ直してさっきの担当者を呼び出して「あなたの対応はおかしい、話にならないから上の人に代わってください」と言ったら「今忙しい」と返答「ではかけ直して下さい」と、電話を切った。もう開き直っている口ぶりだと思った。暫くして上司と思われる人から丁寧な謝罪をいただいて私の気持ちも落ち着いたが、客に対する態度だとはとても思えない星の数はゼロにしたいところだが最下位が1なので、上の人の丁寧な謝罪もあったところを考慮して星2つにしました。 I ordered online.
