★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不親切極まりない。患者の数をさばけないならば、病院自ら数を制限すべき。診察券を提示してから、平気で６〜７時間待たせるシステムが正常とは言えません。
これは、病院側の理由により採用されたシステムであり、患者のニーズに応えようという姿勢は微塵も感じられません。よって、平成２７年から導入される予約制についても患者のニーズが反映されることは期待できないと思います。
 There is no undue kindness. If the number of patients is not judged, the hospital itself should limit the number. It is not normal to have a system that allows you to wait 6 to 7 hours in a relaxed manner after presenting an examination ticket.
This is a system that was adopted for hospital reasons, and the attitude of responding to patient needs is not felt fine. Therefore, I think we cannot expect the patient's needs to be reflected in the appointment system introduced from 2015.

閉院間近でしたがロビーに何人もおり、玄関にも本日は予約で一杯で新患は受け付けられない旨の張り紙もあり、普段から混み合っているようです。
急病なら連絡入れるか、最初から他のところに行くのが良いかもしれないです。

外から見えるくらいに予約診療のみ…とか明記してほしいです。ネット検索したときも、病院情報には予約のみとは、書いてなかったと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「完全予約制です。」生活に支障をきたす程の痛みに困って頼ろうと入って受付の方に、話しかけたらかぶせ気味にそう言われました。一見さんお断りの割烹料亭だった様で病院と間違えて行きました。どうりで待合には軟骨が擦り切れた方々しか居ない訳ですね。経営収益重視なら外看板に表示して欲しいです。「後期高齢者のみ対象、急患お断り」と。二度と視界には入れません。不愉快なほど立派な佇まいにも経営姿勢が伺えて納得。時間の無駄なので他あたったほうが良いです。痛みに困って行くと最速で斬り捨てられます。
