There are so many fun things to do there - long rolling slide, rope swing rollercoaster, ninja warrior wooden course. Cool of in the park entrance artistic water pad or go through the main building to find two shallow kid pools. Perfect child bathroom to wash up and change after.

G	GL Mndza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aikawa Park is a great place to have a peaceful picnic. Also, there is a good view of the Miyagase dam which is so beautiful especially during sunset. There is also a store where you ca buy some snack. But it is better to bring your own food when you are staying all day long. Currently, it is open until 5pm (when I visited last thursday 7/23). If you do not have a car, you can ride a bus from HonAtsugi Station and trave for about an hour.
A	Aaron Baxter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Obstacle Course for kids aged 5 and up. Nice park I'm general, make sure to check the park map so you don't miss all the areas. Also, try to walk down to the dam for a fun little adventure.
