★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トロミ食が食べられら様になり回復しつつあった母が、こちらに入所して直ぐ嚥下不能となり体調悪化し二日目には提携病院へ入院。
何故、病院でトロミ食食べられてこちらでは食べられなくなるのでしょうか？！甚だ疑問です。
不信感が募ります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフのみなさんはとても親切でしたが、看護師に関しては嫌な思いをすることが多々ありました。
ある日面会に行くと意識がはっきりしておらず、その日の担当の方に相談しましたが、訪問診療日ではないので対応ができないと言われました。さらにSpO2が87%以下でしたが、高齢だから気にしなくていいと言われました。喫煙歴や呼吸器疾患はありませんでした。その看護師の言うように高齢ですので、そのようなこともあるのかもしれませんが、少なくとも全く納得のいく説明ではありませんでした。
救急外来を受診した際も、その看護師は個人情報たっぷりのファイルを待合席に放置したまま離席しました。
