敬語を使わず質問しても、判らないね 判らないねしか言わない。
２度と行くことはないだろう。
The clerk's response is pretty bad!
If you ask questions without using honorifics, you will not understand.
I will never go again.

1年前には、調節後かけた際の最終チェックもあり親切丁寧な対応でした。
今では、店員さんの移動もあってか最終チェックすらありません。
知識も語ってはくれますが、こちらも理解していることなので....
以前の対応を知っている方でしたら、おざなりな対応に感じてしまうかもしれません。
今回の対応を受けて、今後は違う眼鏡屋さんに変えようと思います。
I asked them to adjust their glasses, and they adjusted them.
One year ago, there was a final check when adjusting and it was a kind and polite response.
Nowadays, there isn't even a final check, perhaps due to the movement of the clerk.
He will give you some knowledge, but I understand this too...
If you know the previous response, you may feel a rough response.
In response to this response, I will change to a different optician in the future.
