対応も遅い。相手が入っていた保険がここの、保険。
機転が利かない担当者に偉そうに話されてもイライラする。
事故→修理見積り→保険会社確認→OKでて修理開始まで2週間ぐらいかかった。
10対0の過失割合であったが、対応する担当者には全く誠意が感じられなかった。
人によっては事故相手との対応がややこしくなるので、ここの保険に加入するのはおすすめしない

10対0の過失割合とは思えない横柄な態度。
損害の証明ができない限り一切支払いません、という被害者の神経を逆なでするようなスタンス。
まともな保険会社ではない。
