2	2021 celefa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プリウスのクーラーが故障したので、修理に行った。「ある部品を、交換すれば直ると思う。注文し次第連絡する。」と言われた。後日「その部品はもう製造していないので、直すことができません。そのまま乗ってください」と言われた。困ったので、他のトヨタ系の会社に持っていったら、「責任を持って必ず直します」と言われ、直してくれた。また、車検から1年目に、「1年点検をしますので、車を持ってきてください」と連絡があった。クーラーの修理のことを話し、「他社に行けば直りました。故障を直してくれない御社には、もう行きません」と回答した。しばらくして、また、他の方から1年点検の連絡があった。行かないと言ったことを知らないようでした。この会社どうなっているの？修理をする際の姿勢も、社員間の情報共有もできていない。お客様を大切にしていると思えない。 The Prius cooler broke down, so I went to repair it.
