No at all, just denying the customer's request. I couldn't feel such an intention to do something about it. It was the worst hair salon I've ever been to.

でもスタッフの方が感じの良い方でスタイリングの仕方とか丁寧に教えてくださり、また来たくなると思うお店でした。
