k	kz myu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホットペッパーで口コミが良かったので初めて来店しましたが美容室帰りにこんなにも精神的に嫌な気持ちになったのは初めてでした。カウンセリング中に私も今までの出来事をあれこれ言ったのが悪いのかもですが、途中イラッとしました？って感じる事が度々。特に嫌だった回答『初めてお会いして好みとかわからないですし…』『やりたい髪型と髪質に合う髪型は違うから』と。それを上手く聞き出して提案してくれるのが美容師さんなのでは。じゃ、新規はお断りってことですか？別の美容室を探そうとたまたまインスタを見てたら私への指摘ですか？と思わされる内容でカウンセリングについての投稿をされていました。こんな失礼な事されるなら気を使わずホットペッパーの口コミ正直に書けば良かったです。怒りがおさまりません。改めて他の方の口コミを拝見していて特に低評価の方への返信はプライドが高いのか素直に相手の意見を聞く感じの方ではなさそうですね。前髪もガタガタでしたし。インスタの投稿消して欲しいぐらいです。消さないでしょうけど。お金と時間を無駄にしました!! あ	あい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年末に髪を切らせていただきました。前回のカットが気に入ったので今回もAguさんで切らせていただこうと思い切らせていただきました。長く伸ばした髪を切るということでワクワクしていましたが見せた写真とは程遠い仕上がりにされました。1ヶ月と少し経った今でもとても悩んでいます。毎日切る前の写真を見ては後悔しています。母にも見せた写真を見てもらうと全然仕上がりが違うと言っていました。接客は良かったのに残念です。リピートはないと思います。しかしちゃんと要望を伝えきれなかったこちらにも非はあると思います。 I had my hair cut at the end of the year.
