いい点はある。残業代はちゃんと出る(当たり前だが)
突発や遅刻しても、よほど勤怠が悪くなければ、或いはちゃんと一人前に仕事が出来てればクビにはならない。
Weird company. We ask workers to do normal things, but the company does not do normal things.
There is a good point. Overtime pay will be paid properly (although it is natural)
Even if you suddenly or are late, you will not get fired if your attendance is not so bad or if you can work properly.
