★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 倉吉の中華でここが一番美味しいと言われたので行ってきました。ランチメニューエビチリと旬野菜とイカの炒め物 どちらも大変美味しい。この価格でこの味ならおすすめします。次回は倉吉で宿泊も考えて見ようと感じます。
 I went there because it was said that this was the most delicious Chinese food in Kurayoshi. Lunch menu Shrimp and fried seasonal vegetables and squid are both delicious. I recommend this flavor for this taste. Next time, I would like to consider staying at Kurayoshi.

麻婆豆腐とチャーシュー麺を頂きました。
麻婆豆腐は土鍋にグツグツと熱々で出てきます❗️最初に甘味がきて、後から喉に刺激が来ます。
チャーシュー麺もチャーシューが脂身が少なく焼豚のような味で美味しかったです。スープも他にはない感じです❗️
テイクアウトもしています。
あんかけ系のものはテイクアウトには向かないようです。冷めるととろみがさらさらに薄まってしまうらしいです。
お店の方が教えてくれました。

I had mapo tofu and char siu noodles.
Mapo tofu comes out hot in a clay pot ❗️ The sweetness comes first, and the throat is stimulated later.
The char siu noodles were also delicious with less fat and a taste like roast pork. The soup feels like no other ❗️
I also take out.
Ankake-type products do not seem to be suitable for take-out. It seems that the thickening becomes even thinner when it cools down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イカや、人参など、ちゃんと細工切してあったり、こだわりの美味しい中華です。お手頃なお値段で嬉しいです。家族経営なので、接客はスマートではないです。駐車場はお店の裏の舗装されてないスペースです。
Squid, carrots, etc. are properly crafted, and it is a delicious Chinese food that is particular about it. I am glad that it is reasonably priced. As a family business, customer service is not smart. The parking lot is an unpaved space behind the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 福州料理と言う中華料理です。意識して頂いたのはたぶん初めてです。おすすめメニューNo.1の麻婆豆腐を頂きました。グラグラ煮立つ土鍋での提供です。ボリュームがあってコクがあり、とても美味しかったです。辛さは唐辛子??の表示の通り、四川麻婆大好きオジサンには物足りませんでした。次回は代表的な福州料理を頂きに伺います。ご馳走様でした。
入口は、歩道と10cm程の段差がありますが、テーブル席は段差無しです。駐車場もあります。

どっぷりガッツリ油濃い感がなく、食べ終わるまで美味しく頂けました。
ランチメニューも人気のようでした。
女性スタッフの接客が、とても良いです。さりげなく、『そのままでも美味しいよ、お醤油でもいいし～』と、教えてくれます。
『麻婆豆腐ハマるよ～?』との事ですし、ぜひ又、行きたいです?
久々の来店。お楽しみの麻婆豆腐を注文。想像以上に美味しかった!辛さも程よく体もポカポカよ〜!ホント。クセになったよぉ〜!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 福建省のシェフがご夫婦で頑張っておられる様です。厨房では中国語が聞こえて来ます。味付けは少し日本人好みに調整されていましたが美味しいです。スタッフの方は日本の方ですが少しご夫婦の日本語が影響されている様です。

18時でしたがテイクアウトの注文が大量に入っていて、繁盛していました。
夫婦で経営していて、お子さんがお手伝いしている姿は微笑ましい光景でした☺️
中国の方がやられているようで、本格的且つ日本人向けにリメイクされた味でした！
厳しいご時世ですが頑張って欲しいです！
