★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 利用者は曲者揃いなのはわかる。そういう所だから。いい人も悪い人も居る。でも自分の作業には支障なく作業できる。スタッフは一部を除いて福祉とは全く関係ない中途採用のド素人が指導したり手配してくるのでどちらが障害者かわからなくなるよ。
 I understand that the users are all musicians. Because it's such a place. There are good people and bad people. But I can work without any trouble in my work. The staff will be instructed and arranged by mid-career amateurs who have nothing to do with welfare except for some, so you will not know which one is disabled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 採用されて、早や5ヶ月になろうとしている現状を思うと充実しているのか、日々早く過ぎるのが実感です。
特性にあったポジションを当てて貰い、適当な場合に指示してもらえるので、やりやすいです。
これからも目標を持って励んでいきたいです。
It is realized that it is too early every day whether it is adopted and it is fulfilling considering the present condition which is going to be 5 months as soon as possible.
It's easy to do because you can ask for a position that suits your characteristics and give instructions when appropriate.
I will continue to work with goals in the future.

利用者の態度はトーク力酷いし、挨拶すら難しいので非礼極まりない
利用者間の干渉はない個々として淡々とした作業所
Staff attitude is normal

The attitude of the user is terrible to talk and it is difficult to even say hello, so it is extremely rude
Individually innocent work place with no interference between users
