There are observation point on both left and right side...
And access to this is free?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to look across Sendai to the distance hills and out to the sea. And you can witness shinkansen rolling out and entering JR Sendai Station.
The lift to the 31st floor is fast. What makes it even sweeter is all for free. It seems few people come by. I was the only one when i visited last week. Worth coming by for a visit if you are around here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free access from the office tower elevators, 31F. Offers a great view of the city on east/west sides of the tower, and you can even see the Sendai Daikannon statue (NW) in the distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool spot to take in the view of the Sendai skyline. The observation deck has wooden benches to sit and relax. Nice and peaceful atmosphere. Not the tallest observation deck I've experienced but still worth a visit if you want to take in the vastness of Sendai.
