イオンタウンだと言われてもあまりピンと来ないのが正直な所ですが、普段の買い物をする分にはさして問題は無いと思います。
しかし敷地内にゲームセンター等の目立ったレジャー施設があるわけでも無いのでショッピングモールにおでかけをしましょうか、と言う様な感覚で訪れてしまうと辛いものがあるかも知れません。

精肉なんかは国産より外国産が多く安いので、気にならない人はおすすめです。
