M	Masa SUBARU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上福岡駅から少々離れたところにできたイオンの中規模モール。すぐ近くのヨーカドーが撤退した後なので、それなりの需要はあるのか？郵便局やトヨタのディラーなどそれなりのテナントの工夫は見られ、ワンストップ的な地域貢献型施設のようにも見える。が、郵便局やクリニックなどは駅から遠い場所に追いやられているので、それもやっぱり商業的に… どちらにしても、駅に近いスーパーなどはそれなりの集客力はあるだろうが、車で来る層をどれだけ惹きつけられるか？近くのららぽーとなどと商圏がぶつかるので、、、今のところ？？？少なくとも、道路などアクセスは悪い！あ、それと、最近歯抜けの店舗テナントが点々と… やはり商圏が重なり過ぎているのでは。近くに、ヤオコーもできたし。 Aeon's medium-sized mall located a little away from Kamifukuoka Station. た	たなか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は通路が広く、居心地は良いです。1階にはトヨタ車が展示＆値引き販売されており、見るのは楽しいです。フードコートも充実していて、席と席の間の間隔も広く取られていて安心して食事が出来ます。トイレも凄く綺麗です。ジャッキーの遊ぶトコは良いです。スタッフは優しく、まだ新しいし、施設や玩具はとても綺麗です。ただ、値段は高め。付き添いの保護者も同じ金額を払うのも疑問です（2人で40分くらい居て1600円ちょい掛かりました）全体的に店舗は少なめ。わざわざココに来るくらいなら、近くにある『ららぽーと富士見』に行く方が買い物は堪能出来るかなーと思いました。 The inside of the store has a wide aisle and is comfortable. I wondered if I could enjoy shopping by going to the nearby "LaLaport Fujimi" rather than coming all the way here.
