大	大谷直人（新潟市大谷） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ さっそく見学して来ました。建物は新しいので、当然ですが、雰囲気はとても良かったです。けど、思ったよりも建坪が広くありません。中身としては、亀田イオンの食品直販店舗に特化したような中身になっています。それに若干の日用品雑貨や酒を少し品数多めにしたようなラインナップになっています。お惣菜コーナーは少し充実しています。量り売りの自家製カレーがあるのが印象的です。まだ始まったばかりですし、これからご近所の客層に合うラインナップになっていくことでしょう。ここらはお役所もいくつか固まっている所ですし、定着化すれば、軌道にのると私は予想する。他のイオンとの違いですけど、テナントは完全に入口が分れています。本当の賃貸し物件ということです。今のところ、歯医者さん、クリーニング屋さん、地域の情報ネット的な感じの業者が入居決定している模様。これからの施設ということで、近いうちに説明会やるような案内も出ていましたよ。まあ、新しく出来たばかりなので、皆さま一度は行ってみて下さいね。駐車場は完全な更地の所しかありませんけど、建物それほど大きくない分、広々しています。平日は特に快適な買い物が楽しく出来る施設と考えられる。期待したいな。 I visited there immediately.
