かなり上から、社員教育がされていない、ある意味ブラック
接客業なら、チャントした対応で、ないと困ります
チャントした対応できないなら接客業の職業につくなと思います
デカイ会社でも、チャントした対応で、いないと

お客様サービスセンターの責任者も上から目線だったな。
正社員は、出世の為、本社ばかり気にしてる。
I am amazed at Aeon's arrogant behavior, especially for regular employees.
At the Midorigaoka store, we can see the attitude that customers don't care.
The person in charge of the customer service center was also looking from above.
Full-time employees only care about the head office because of their career advancement.
